Changing the toner on a laser jet printer is an absolute necessity in todays work environment. Many people, including myself, use laserjet printers at home everyday in the home office. If you have a laser printer, you are going to need a new toner cartridge at some point!

Don’t worry, changing the toner cartridge is very simple and easy to do. The hardest part is figuring out exactly which model you need.

There are two ways to do this. By printer model number and by toner cartridge part number. For instance, let’s say you have a Hewlett Packard 1022 Laserjet printer. If you open the door on the printer and look at the cartridge, it will say “12A” and also “Q2612A”. You can search for any of these three things and find the correct cartridge.

In the column on the right, you will see the different printer brands listed. Click on the brand of printer you have, then browse for the type of printer or cartridge number you need. Click and order. It’s that simple.
